 A new residence consisting of master suite, three bedrooms, guest suite, and a separate independent living quarter.  The first floor has a library w/ mezzanine level, study, indoor pool, five car garages w/ Porte Cochere.  The lower level has an entertainment room, theater, bowling lanes, and changing rooms for pool.  The exterior is a blending of slate, granite field stone, stucco with stained mahogany battens, and precast details.
