This 5200 SF new residence is located on an elevated site directly adjacent to the Hudson River.  To take best advantage of the quite special views, main living areas are located on the upper level with expansive glazing looking to the West and to the river.  These consist of living-dining room, kitchen, master suite, stair hall, screened porch and deck.  On the lower level there are two guest bedrooms, entry foyer, and large entertainment/game room, all having views of the river as well.
