VINCENTSEN BLASI ARCHITECTURE

Design of a new $5,000,000 Community Center with a renovated and expanded town library.  This center included an early childhood center, senior center, recreational and meeting facilities, full service kitchen, archival storage, and staff offices.  Special attention was given to site planning and utilization to optimize the site for access and parking for a heavily used facility. Careful analysis of the facility allowed the town to combine the Library renovation with the new Community Center project for a great saving.
