Project consists of a 2500 s.f. addition including a two car garage, enlarged kitchen, mudroom, and living room. The second floor addition consists of a master bedroom suite.  The project has a substantial interior alteration.  The design integrated exterior stairs, terraces, and trellis into the landscape.
